Never a day goes by without feeling your presence. You are missed beyond measure. All the holidays you've missed, the birth of your newest nephew Ben. You would have loved seeing the man Devon has become. So many of us have been cheated with your passing so soon. We love you forever. Mom and Dad.

Matthew on this two year Anniversary you are still very well missed and loved. Our Hearts still ache with emptiness and sorrow not having you here. You are always in our thoughts and prayers, always remembered and never forgotten. We love you and will celebrate the beautiful memories of you and will cherish them dearly.

It seems like just yesterday you were here sitting at my table making us laugh, playing your guitar and sharing your dreams for the future. I cant believe its a year today that you left us for a better place. We miss your smile, your charm your sensitivity and your wiliness to help. All the special things about you that made you, you! We are very lucky to have had you be part of our lives, to have you be part of our family. We welcomed you with open arms and unconditional love! Theirs not a day that goes by that you are not remembered. Even though it was only for a short time the memories we have will last a life time, they can never be erased as long as we keep those memories alive you will always be in alive in our Hearts! Those special moments no one can ever take away! Rest In Peace Matt, We Love you and will always miss you.

I served aboard the USS Alabama gold crew with Matt. I have many fond memories of him. He was always kind and helpful to me, always with an amazing sense of humor. He will be missed. Fair winds and following seas my friend and my brother.

My condolences to Matt's family and friends. It had been a while since I've seen Matt but I fondly remember many interesting days with him and Mike back at Damascus. He will be remembered well.

He loved being in the Navy. It was the highlight of his short life.
