I am happy that your mom lived such a long and full life. My memories of her are those of a child who was most interested in sleepovers, playing with Kathy, looking for food to eat and avoiding little brothers (of which there were many!) Your mom was always in the background taking care of us and your house was always open to me. She was a special person that I should have appreciated more. I am forever grateful to have known her. My sincere condolences to you all.

My thoughts are with all of you as you mourn the loss of this wonderful woman. She had 9 kids of her own, many still living in her house, and yet she welcomed me in with open arms whenever I paid a visit. If there were ever anyone who made me feel that I was part of the family, it was Mrs. Cox. Wherever she may be at this moment, I am sure that she has ascended into another realm of magnificence, perhaps one that will not require the rearing of nine children. Lots of love to all of you, and to the memory of her.

To everyone in the Cox family, Sorry to read of the passing of Peg. I have many happy memories of working for her in the store. Praying that the Lord will give to you all the peace that surpasses all understanding. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Deb Smith
