Rodriguez Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Victor Ramon Rodriguez, husband, father and retired factory worker, died peacefully at home on January 9, 2024, at the age of 86. Victor is survived and leaves to cherish his memory by his wife Elisa Rodriguez, his daughters Lourdes Salvador and Yolanda Rivero and his grandchildren Jose R. Oliveras, II, Lillian N. Oliveras, Miguel A. Salvador, Victor R. Rivero, Luis A. Rivero, Jesus M Rivero, Maria E. Rylka, Melony E. Enslin and 15 great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents Monica Rodriguez and Ramon Rodriguez and his siblings Jose M. Rodriguez, Carlos M. Rodriguez, Ramon Rodriguez, Jr., Luz M. Rodriguez-Garcia, and Sonia Cabrera. Victor was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and came to live in New York in his youth and worked as a supervisor in a factory in the plastics industry until his retirement. On November 10, 1962, he married Elisa and had his two daughters. In July 2003, Victor and his wife of 61 years moved to Beach Lake, Pennsylvania. Victor was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved dancing and making jokes. Victor was a self-taught auto mechanic and had a passion for fixing up cars. You could always find him working on a car and/or helping anyone with their car. He was always willing to help anyone that needed him for anything. He loved interacting with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by family and friends, and all who knew him. A viewing will be held at Hessling Murray Funeral Home located at 428 Main Street, Honesdale, PA on Monday, January 15, 2024, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalen Church located at 416 Church Street, Honesdale, PA.
