Susan Weisensale, 78, died on September 8, 2022 at home. She is survived by her loving husband, David, of 58 years and 9 days. Susan was born on January 7, 1944, the daughter of the late Russell C. and DeLila (Shaffer) Olver.
Susan was a seamstress at Katz Underwear Company off and on from 1963-1973. There she met her husband, David. She was a devoted housewife and mother. She attended Elohim Bible Institute in Castile, NY with her husband from 1981-1984. After she returned to Pennsylvania, her and her husband became members of the Aldenville Baptist Church.
She loved gardening, baking, and spending time with family.
Surviving are her daughter, Angela (Charles) Barnes and grand-dog, Phoebe of West Seneca, NY; her brothers, John (Mary) Olver, James Olver & (Dot Hamby), Larry Olver, Gary Olver; her sisters, Bernice Vannatta & (Gene Vannatta), Bonnie (Jeff) Franklin, and Debra Olver; her sister-in-law, Marie Olver; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Olver, and her sister-in- law, Joan Olver.
Family and invited friends to meet Monday at 11am at Hessling Murray Funeral Home. Service at 12 noon. Interment will follow at Aldenville Cemetery.
