Obituaries » Sara Hanley Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Sara E. Hanley, 35, of Equinunk, died on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Geisinger CMC in Scranton. Born on November 8, 1985 in Honesdale, she is the beloved daughter of Laurie (Miller) Stookey of Moscow, PA and David Hanley of Equinunk. Sara had several jobs over the years. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, spending time by the river and loved being with her children. Surviving are her children, Kylie, Ashan, Eronique and Athena; her maternal grandmother, Madlyn Miller of Equinunk; paternal grandmother, Agnes Hanley of Beach Lake; her companion, Anthony Flora of Damascus; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Following cremation, a celebration of her life will be held at Light of Christ Church, 2067 Moosic Lake Rd., Mount Cobb, PA 18436 on October 1st at 6 pm.
