Robert (Bob) was born on July 8, 1946 in Brooklyn, NY to John and Mary (Malicki) Timozek, of Ukrainian descent. As a boy he lived on South 2nd Street in Williamsburg, relocating to Middle Village, Queens, once his family purchased their first home. He would later meet to his future wife, Margie, only steps from his front door while a teenager. Bob attended Aviation High School in Long Island City, and worked in construction after graduating, until being drafted into the Army where he served as an MP in Germany.
Upon returning from service Bob began his career for the City of New York, Department of Corrections. He served for twenty years, eventually achieving the rank of Captain. Along the way earned his BS in Behavioral Science during night school while also working full-time during the days, and providing for wife and two children, Marlene and Rob.
In 1988, Bob retired from the Corrections Department, moving on to work at Christ the King High School for 13 years as a security guard, and then later accepting the role of Warden in the Wayne County Prison, where he served for 3 years until fully retiring.
Bob enjoyed spending time with his family and hosting friends at their home in Galilee, PA, taking meticulous care of his property, as well as traveling with his beloved wife to Lancaster PA, Florida, and beyond.
