Marion C. Williams, 91, of Plymouth Meeting, PA and formerly of Honesdale, died Monday, April 14, 2014 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Williams on Jan. 5, 1992. The couple married on June 19, 1941 in Sweet Valley. Born on March 14, 1923 in Shavertown, PA, she was the daughter and last surviving member of the Edward and Emma Andrews Kocher. She attended Lake Lehman High School and later worked at Katz Underwear Factory until her retirement. Marion was a member of the Bethany United Methodist Church where she enjoyed volunteering at the church suppers. She was also a member of the Secret Sisters Club. A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, her family was most important to her. Surviving is her son Russell Williams and wife Nancy of Hawley; her daughters Donna Cerato and husband Mike of Plymouth Meeting and Jean Davis and husband Charles of Raleigh, NC; 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her brothers John, Frank and Edward; her sisters Katherine Fox and Marguerite Dubil and her great granddaughter Dakota Williams. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 19th at 10 am at Hessling Funeral Home, Inc., 428 Main St. Honesdale. Interment will follow in Kocher Cemetery, Harveys Lake.
