Obituaries » Marie Janet Wood Baudin Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Marie Janet Wood, 82, of Cherry Ridge, died peacefully on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gustave Wood on July 11, 2013. Born on June 13, 1933 in San Diego, CA, she was the daughter of the late Henry Edgar and Irene Regina Corcoran Baudin. She received her nursing degree from Massachusetts General Hospital. She later worked at Wayne Memorial Hospital and was a private duty nurse before retiring. She is survived by her children Susie, Dave and Tim; grandchildren Alissa, Jay and Sam; great grandchildren Layla, Klaudia and Bodhi; sisters Susan Babus and husband Joseph and Pat Maynard; nieces and nephews Lisa, Jamie, Stephen, Susanne, Peter John, Rosie, Tami and Kim. Also surviving is her whole spiritual family at the Honesdale Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. A talk by Craig Seelig will be held on Saturday, April 9th at Honesdale Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2756 Lake Ariel Hwy., Honesdale, PA 18431 at 2 pm.
