Lori Ann Clark, 61 of Equinunk, passed away on October 19th, 2023, at home after a short but severe battle with cancer. She was surrounded and comforted by her dedicated and compassionate husband, her two loving children, her sisters and nieces as she entered into entered into eternal rest.

 

Lori was born on March 27, 1962 in Callicoon, NY, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Gladys Brink Kenyon.

 

Lori was an incredible woman. She loved with her whole heart. She always thought of others before herself. She was kind, loving, and very generous. She would give you the shirt off her back and was one of the firsts to step up to help anyone in need.

 

Lori is survived by her husband of 39 years, Richard. Their 2 children, Amanda and husband Shawn Cole and Richard and wife Shelby Smith Clark. Her spirit will live on through her 6 grandchildren, Kady, Tuck, Finley, Theodore, Claira, and Milo.

 

She is also survived by her 7 siblings; Merri (Michael) Neer, Susan (Kevin) Saslo, Dawn (Michael) Roloson, Daniel Kenyon Jr., Amy (Joe) Niero, Harriet (Howard) Highhouse, Roger (Michelle) Kenyon and Sister in Law Myrna Loy and partner Doug Bell. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. One of which she was very close to, Randy and wife Laura Brink. Lori was also the most amazing aunt to 18 nieces and nephews and great aunt to 24 great nieces and nephews. They all love her endlessly.

 

She was proceeded in death by her paternal grandmother Mabel Stone Kenyon, maternal grandmother Gladys Brink, father in law and mother in law, Donald and Marie Clark, and brother in law Freddy Clark.

 

She was a supportive and loving wife, a selfless and devoted mother, the world’s best Grammy, a cherished sister and an amazing aunt. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.

 

There will be no services as per Lori’s request, and the family asks that any donations be made to the Damascus ambulance, Equinunk Volunteer Fire Company, Toys for Tots, or any other children’s Christmas charity.
