Glenn is survived by the love of his life, Beryl Van Wyckhouse, his three sons, Glenn Jr. and wife Lisa, of Hemlock, MI, Gregory and wife Issy, of Hawley, PA, Gavin and partner Meagen of Cherry Ridge, PA. He was a proud stepfather to Mindy White and husband Kenny of Simpson, PA, Freedom Rave, and wife Bobby Jo of Honesdale, PA, as well as his fur babies Angelina and Fred. Glenn owned Wilcox Garage in Damascus, PA., and served the community for many decades. He was a member of Cochecton Fire Co. for 18 years. Glenn was a passionate chef and host to many wonderful parties at his ranch, always keeping the family recipes a secret! He had a love of the outdoors, vintage cars, boating and swimming on Lake Wallenpaupack, trips in the motor home, and cruising around on his Harley-Davidson.
Glenn was one of a kind and will be greatly missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing him. He will be remembered for his larger-than-life sense of humor, grandma kisses, and the nicknames he assigned to everyone. He will be especially missed for his big hugs- if you ever received one, you’d understand.
Glenn is preceded in death by his parents, stepson Roger Rave, and three grandchildren, Reese, Dominick, and Savannah.
As per his request a private celebration of his life for his family will be held following cremation. Arrangements by Hessling Funeral Home, Inc., 428 Main St. Honesdale.
