Obituaries » Edna Brink (Franzone) Burial Date May 18, 2019 Place of Service Saint Mary Magdalen Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Edna Laura Brink, 83, of Honesdale, died on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Hospice of the Sacred Heart in Dunmore. Born on February 22, 1936 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Sadie Wexler Franzone. A loving mother and homemaker, Edna was dedicated to her family and her faith. She enjoyed going for walks and spending time with her family. She was a faithful member of St. John the Evangelist Parish in Honesdale where she was a Eucharistic Minister and participated in several prayer groups. She was also a participant in the Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Chapel. Surviving are her sons Salvatore Marchese and John Marchese both of Florida and Christopher Brink and wife Tina Martin of New Jersey; daughters Roxanne Johnson , Sherry Sampson and husband Mickey, Candace Smith and Kimberly Brink all of Florida; her sister Fran Franzone of California; grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister Jean Rotuno and her brother John Franzone. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 18th at St. Mary Magdalen Church in Honesdale at 10 am.
