Obituaries » Alice M. Morris Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Alice Marie Morris, 72, of Honesdale, died on Monday, October 16, 2023 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Born on August 12, 1951 in Elizabeth, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Cora (Sharkey) Morris. Alice worked for many years in the Lehigh Valley for Guardian Life Insurance where she later retired. She was a member of Salem United Church of Christ in Bath, PA. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading. She is survived by her brother, James Morris and his wife Gail of Princeton, NJ and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert, Daniel, Bernard, Richard and Jack Morris and her sister, Rita Baumann. A memorial service will be held at Hessling Murray Funeral Home, 428 Main St. Honesdale on Saturday, Nov. 4th at 2 pm.
