I met George when I was 11 years old. We lived in the same neighborhood. He, his brother Andrew, his cousins John and Andy, neighborhood kids Gail, Joe, Barry, and I would play softball in the parking lot where the weekly commuters parked during the week on the weekends. He was a wonderful man who did his best to support his family, working a full time job and a part time job. He tried anything once from shearing sheep to blowing snow.
