Thomas Carl Rindock, Sr, 69, of Honesdale, died on February 1, 2018 at Tampa General Hospital in Florida while doing what he loved, camping with his wife. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, the former Linda Vennum. The couple married on October 10, 1970.

Born on May 10, 1948 in Allentown, PA, he was the son of the late Frederick Michael and Bernardine Conway Rindock. He was a graduate of Wallenpaupack High School, class of 1967. He later served in the Pennsylvania National Guard.

Tom began working at Waymart Knit Wear. Later he became a knowledgeable commercial plumber working for several companies in the area. At a young age Tom was dealt an array of health complications causing him to retire. For those who were close to Tom knew about his love for his wife and family. He had a passion for RVing, sitting around a campfire and sharing LONG stories. He served as vice president of the PA Lamplighters RV Club. Tom also enjoyed cruising and meeting new people. His greatest joys were his grandchildren and when the family was together.
