2022 at Geisinger CMC in Scranton. He is survived by his wife of 53
years, the former Eileen F. Cosgrove. The couple married on April 27,
1968.
and Margaret (Sholtis) Chorba. He was a graduate of Exeter High
School, class of 1964. He then served in the US Navy on the USS Intrepid and then transferred to the U.S. Naval Intelligence Office in the Pentagon where he ended his 3 year tour in 1967.
Singer Link in the Binghamton area. He and Eileen returned to the
Honesdale area and worked at Moore Business Forms as Director of Information Technology. His last few years
with Moore Business Forms he and his family moved to Indiana before
retiring. After settling back in Beach Lake Ron worked for several
years at DSFI in Honesdale.
hunting and fishing. An avid and talented golfer, he was a member at
Cricket Hill Golf Club. He was a faithful Catholic member of St. John the
Evangelist Parish in Honesdale and St. Bernard’s Church in Beach Lake
where he had served as a Eucharistic Minister and was a past member of
the finance committee. Most of all, Ron enjoyed spending time with
his family.
