Obituaries » Melody S. Greene Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Melody Susan Greene, 73 of Equinunk, died on Sunday, July 4, 2021 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her longtime companion, Michael Brown. Born on March 22, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Richard and June (Brown) Greene. Mel was a jewelry designer and enjoyed attending craft shows to sell her products. At home, she enjoyed gardening and woodworking. In her younger years, Mel enjoyed horseback riding. In addition to Mike, she is survived by her daughter, Ginger Griffin of Scranton; her sons, Richard Griffin of Clarks Summit and John T. Griffin of Chinchilla; her granddaughter Andrea Parks. She was preceded in death by her son Douglas Griffin. As per her request, there will be no public services.
