Obituaries » Mark J. Eldred Burial Date July 31, 2016 Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Mark James Eldred, age 47, of Honesdale, passed away unexpectedly on July 20, 2016 at his home. Born in Honesdale on October 2, 1968, he was the son of Robert and Judy Rose Eldred of West Damascus. He was a graduate of Calvary Christian Academy and was working at Weis Markets in Honesdale. Mark enjoyed the outdoors, music, karaoke, and cooking. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends for his great sense of humor and kindness. In addition to his parents, Mark is survived by his siblings, Todd Eldred and his children Carli, Caitlin, and Carie of Chester, NY; Kim Meyer and husband Jeff and their children Alex and Allison of West Damascus and Christy Eldred of West Damascus; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Luetta Eldred and maternal grandparents C. Arthur and Johanna Rose. A celebration of Marks life will be held on Sunday, July 31st at the Bethany United Methodist Church Hall beginning at 1pm. Arrangements by Hessling Funeral Home, Inc., 428 Main St. Honesdale.
