Kristina Lynn Dame

Kristina Lynn Dame, 39, of Hawley, died unexpectedly, Thursday, September 11, 2014 at her home. Born on August 19, 1975 in East Stroudsburg, PA, she is the daughter of Margaret Kingston Dame with whom she resided and the late Lawrence Dame. She was a graduate of Wallenpaupack High School, class of 1994 where she was a cheerleader for the Buckhorns. She was currently attending school to be a surgical technician. Kristina enjoyed crafting, making jewelry and apparel to donate and sell on e-bay. Most of all, she loved spending time with her children. She will be remembered as a kind person who would help anyone in need. Also surviving are her sons Tyler Brexel, a sophomore at Bloomsburg University and Devon Brexel, 8th grade at Wallenpaupack; her brother Brian Martin and wife Valerie of Glenmore, PA; her sisters Lisa Schuermann and husband Scott of Hawley and Lauren Dame of West Pittston, PA; her maternal grandmother Ethel Kingston of Lake Ariel; a nephew James Thomas “JT” Martin and a niece Victoria Martin. Following cremation, the family will receive friends on Monday, September 15th at Hessling Funeral Home, Inc., 428 Main St. Honesdale from 4 to 7. A memorial service will be held at 7pm by Pastor Ken Platt. Private interment will be in Lords Valley Cemetery.
