Hello: I did not know this page existed I would have written the first day Joe passed. I just want to give my heart felt sympathy to all of his family. I will surely miss him. Joe was kind and had a heart that always reached out. He was truly blessed. It was a privilege to have known him and have him for my landlord. May the Lord continue to bless all of his family.
