Obituaries » John Jude Concord Funeral Home Hessling Funeral Home Share your Memorial with Family & Friends John Jude Concord, age 77, of Hawley, PA, peacefully passed away on May 2, 2026 surrounded by his loving family and friends. Born on February 24, 1949, John was an honored U.S. Army veteran who proudly served his country and the 1st Infantry Division during the Vietnam War. Following his military service, he built a life-long career as a master marine mechanic in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and was highly respected for his skill and dedication to his craft. John’s greatest joy was his family, friends, and loyal dogs. He cherished every memory made with them in the home he built over the last 26 years. He is survived by his beloved wife, Agnes, his children, and all those in the community whose lives he touched over the years. Visitation services will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Hessling Funeral Home, 428 Main Street, Honesdale, PA 18431. Military honors will be rendered during this time.
