James Michael Card, 34, of Beach Lake, died on Monday, March 27, 2023 in an automobile accident.  He is survived by his wife, Kelly (McCormick). The couple married on September 11, 2021.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Raven Conkling of Beach Lake, Riley Card of Bloomville, NY, and his foster father, John Adams of Delhi, NY.  He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins who helped raise him.
Born on June 7, 1988 in Johnson City, NY,  he was a graduate of Delhi High School and attended SUNY Delhi.  He was employed by Joseph Blacktopping.
Jimmy loved animals, especially his reptiles.  A handyman, he enjoyed woodworking and carpentry.  He enjoyed the outdoors and hunting.
He was predeceased by his mother Crystal Card.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 4- 7 pm closing with a memorial service held at Hessling Murray Funeral Home, 428 Main St. Honesdale on Monday, April 3rd at 7 pm
Donations can either be made at any Dime Bank location or checks payable to the James M Card Memorial Fund.
