Obituaries » Greta Vanderburgh Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Greta Ann Vanderburgh, 81, of Honesdale, died on Thursday, December 25, 2014 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Vanderburgh, Jr. on October 5, 1986. Born on March 3, 1933 at the family home in Oregon Township, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Edna Brill Colwill. Surviving is her son Roy Monington and wife Kathy of Rapid City, SD; daughters Linda Schleicher of Hazlet Twp., NJ and Karen Darzano and husband Thomas of Netcong, NJ; a sister Alberta Barbour; grandchildren Patricia, Penny, David, Adam and Kara; great grandchildren Elizabeth and Gavyan. As per her request, cremation services are being arranged by Hessling Funeral Home, Inc., 428 Main St. Honesdale, PA.
