George V. Jones

George Vincent Jones Jr.(Pop-pop), age 65 passed away peacefully in his home on July 3,2022.He was born on October 11th 1956 in West Babylon NY. He married the love of his life Sandra Zipperlen on August 11th 1979, who passed away on Dec. 4, 2020. George worked most of his life as a welder/mechanic. He also was a master Gardener, but only when his country music was blaring. George was completely devoted to his wife, daughters, and grandchildren. George will be missed by Annabelle, his beloved dog, who laid by his side until his very last breath and Penny, his feisty, sassy cat. He always knew how to have a good time and get the party started. He will be remembered for his willingness to always lend a helping hand when needed. He is survived by his mother; Barbara of West Babylon NY. He is survived by his daughters Dawn, Michelle and husband Justin; Katie and husband Erik; Brianna and husband Keith. He is also survived by his 9 grand children.

There will be a private celebration of life held at a later date.
