Donny did a lot for our Town. He knew more about building than any person that I know. We made each other laugh. His passing is a loss to our community. May he rest in peace.

Don was not only a valuable asset to Gumble Brothers over almost seventy years, he was considered part of the family. We all learned a lot from Don over all those years. Among his many talents, he had an uncanny ability to tackle and solve complex construction problems "off the top of his head". And with difficult circumstances, he was able to deal with them with a sense of humor. Over the past years, he continued on as a company consultant and would frequently stop in to the office to not only discuss business, but reminisce, catch up on family and share some of his funny stories enveloped in his unique sense of humor. We will miss those moments. We certainly appreciate all of Don's dedication and service to the company throughout the years, not only as a member of the staff, but as part of the family. We want to express our deepest regrets to all of Don's family. He surely will be missed!
