Deborah Lee Wanklin, age 66 of Honesdale died Thursday, June 4, 2015 at the
Forest City Nursing and Rehab Center following a lengthy illness.

She was born November 1, 1948 in Paterson, New Jersey. She was the daughter
of the late Paul and Hilda “Betty” (Crum) Wanklin.

She was a graduate of Damascus High School, a housewife, mother and once
owned and operated Maple City Hobby & Craft in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.

Debbie enjoyed gardening, macrame’ and crafts. One of her most treasured
past times was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her companion of 18 years Terry L. Roberts and two
daughters; Tracy Reagan and partner Julie Mathis, Germantown, Maryland and
Paula Wehrmann and husband Ken of Honesdale, Pennsylvania as well as one
sister Elizabeth Ann Cole of Cochecton, New York and two beloved
grandchildren, Matthew Wehrmann and Maya Wehrmann both of Honesdale,
Pennsylvania.

She was preceded in death by a brother Paul E. Wanklin, Jr. and one nephew
Roger A. Rave.

Funeral services will be held at the Hessling Funeral Home, 428 Main
Street, Honesdale, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Calling Hour will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Interment will be at the Hillside Cemetery in Damascus, Pennsylvania.

Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of Debbie.
