Pettit (McClain) Burial Date June 17, 2022 Funeral Home Hessling Funeral Home Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Deborah Ann Pettit, 64, died on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Forest City Nursing and Rehab Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Luther Pettit in 2009. Born on March 8, 1958 in Paterson, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Buford Charles McClain and Marion Robinson. Deborah was a loving mother and wife. She enjoyed coloring and loved her cat Colby. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Nellis of Honesdale; her brother, Johnny Hall; sisters, Wanda and Billie; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter Melissa Pettit and her dog, Snuffy. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 17th at Hessling Murray Funeral Home, 428 Main St. Honesdale at noon.
