So sorry to hear of Art's passing. I worked with Art while at Penn-dot & considered him a very good friend as he was with everyone there. His knowledge on most everything mechanical always amazed me as well with tractors. It was a privilege to know him. May he rest in peace & may God welcome Art home to his kingdom.
