Obituaries » Alice R. Eomme Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Alice Rose Eomme, 91, of Hawley, died on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Born on February 21, 1925 in Manhattan, NY, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Isabel Dami Eomme. After high school, she began working at Holland Shade Co. as an interior decorator and later moved to Hawley. She retired from Katz Department Store in Honesdale. She enjoyed painting folk art, decorating homes and reading books. Surviving is her daughter Diane Riveland and husband Arthur Webber of Hawley; grandchildren Christopher Riveland, Debbie Badamo and James Riveland; great-grandchildren Andew, Angelina, Isabella, Tyler, Zachary, Patrick, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Kaitlyn and Rebecah; great great-grandchildren Brook and Tyler. She was preceded in death by her sister Andrea MacBurney. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 21st at Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, NY.
